Once you’ve granted us access to provide your credit score via Equifax, it will automatically update monthly.
You can monitor its progress over time to know where you stand when you apply for a loan or credit product.
Checking your credit with the BetterCredit app won’t lower your score or affect it in any way.

Create an account or sign in
If you’re an existing customer with Jacaranda Finance, simply log in to your account. If not, you can create an account in no time!
*Please note that only customers who currently have a loan with Jacaranda Finance can check their credit score using the BetterCredit app at this time.
Grant us access
In the BetterCredit app or customer portal, hit ‘Track My Credit Score’ to grant us access to your credit file via an access seeker check.
Don’t worry: this is a ‘soft credit enquiry’ and won’t appear on your credit report to other lenders. It won’t affect your credit score in any way.
Check your credit score!
That’s it! You should now be able to check and monitor your credit score and its progress in the BetterCredit app dashboard.
Your score will be updated in the app on a monthly basis whilst you continue to have a current loan with Jacaranda Finance.
